Mercruiser 4.3 MPI Water Drain

I just purchased an 04 Caravelle with a Mercruiser 4.3 MPI. The two blue water drain plugs were out. I found where the top plug goes, but can not figure out the second one. I think it goes somewhere on the front bottom, but am not sure. Can you help?

5 plugs in total.
Under each exhaust manifold: 2
Lower block: 2
Bottom hose off water pump front side of engine: 1

5 plugs are fine for a carbed engine, but he has an MPI, and may have the 7 point drain system. Bobby, do you have a serial number handy, Year doesn't help, Merc lists stuff as 98 and newer and go by serial numbers for changes.
