Help with 1975 rude 50

Finished restoring my 67 Stamas runabout. The 1975 rude 50hp was not my first choice but I got a sweet deal on it and the compression was good and even accross both cylinders. I took it for it's inagural (and only run) late last fall. Got on plane well. I did not see a pee stream and can't locate one. Should this motor have one? And if not how can I tell if it's pumping water sufficiently? Lastly, I decarbed and fogged according to the instructions on this site (thanks for that). But I am not sure it's running on both cylinders when I run it in a barrel. Is there a way I can tell if both cylinders are firing properly while running it in a barrel? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Joe

You could try disconnecting one plug wire at a time.

Sorry, forgot. Yours does not have a tell-tale, but you can install one, see the "Top Secret Files".

I just double checked and it is not in the files. Do a search, I know it has been discussed before.
