I have a 1998 70 HP 4 Stroke that developed a problem with over 3400 RPM it has no power. The dealar has eliminated the problem being the fuel pump, spark plugs, coil, and injectors. Right now they think it may be the computor. Any comments on this problem.

What is the fuel pressure to the injectors at 3400 rpm?

There are several filters in the EFI system of that motor that can give similar symptoms.

Sometimes the whole fuel injection system needs to be flushed and cleaned and the injectors sent out for servicing. This assumes the the engine is in good mechanical shape with no compression, piston, or valve problems.
