water in engine oil 4 stk merc 90 hp

Oil was milky when I changed it in the fall, Ran it for a bit with new oil than changed it again took it out for aprox 3 hr of trolling and .5 hr of 4000 + rpm. Checked the oil at end of day and milky again. It is a 08 with low hrs.

Is this a problem with this motor?

Does it smell like gas in the oil? Sounds like your 4-stroke is "making oil". Do a quick search for that. Might need a new t-stat.
