Fitting for pressure testing SX drive

I got a Mtyvac that does pressure and vacume to test my drive but I need to get a fitting to screw into the drive that is barbed on the other end. Any idea where I can get one or how I can put something together?

I saw that thread but those are for Merc. Are they the same threads as Volvo? Also for the fitting they just say old gear oil fitting. Where do I get and old gear oil fitting? Is it the fitting that would be on the end of a gear oil pump? Are the threads for the drain plug and oil level plug the same? I'm new. I haven't even done an oil change on this thing yet so I have no idea. Can I get one of these fittings by itself or do I have to take one off a pump?
