What is this part called?

Hello all,
my son broke a part and i am having a hard time locating one and not sure what it is called im guess its a window latch but can find it on the net to order another one. My boat is a 96 bayliner 2050. This part is on the center walk thru window and is used to lock the window from opening while under way. There is an upper and lower and they are both the same.
