I replaced my 88 Johnson which had no Trim and tilt with a 76' Johnson with Trim & tilt, I would like to know what I need to wire the trim to work. It has the 3 cables Black(Gorund), Blue(Up) & Green (Down). I would like suggestions on need OEM or Non-OEM ways to make it operate and what Items I need to use to do so???

You might try looking up the parts breakdown for your engine, it should show all the componets necessary to make it work.
