if you done it you should know if you removed the drain plugs.if not make sure there all where they should be remove rag from inlet of carb if anyone blocked it check battery is fully charged and all lubricants full.connect hose to drive and wurr it over.may smoke a little as as burning off fogging oil.check for any leaks or dissconnected hoses etc
