I have installed a Bep VSR direct with no switches. The instructions says it draw 10ma. Will it drain my battery? I think it would take a long to to drain battery enough to cause problems drawing only .01 amp ? If I put a switch in the vsr ground wire to turn it off when I'm not using the boat, Would it hurt the vsr? The two red wires would still be connected.
