Carb Adjustment

My carb rebuild kit says to back the idle adjust screws out 3-4 turns. The shop manual says one turn. Any thoughts or does it not matter much since it will likely need fine tuned anyway?

Ayuh,... Somewhere between those #s, the motor will start, 'n you'll tune it from there, then....
