How to seal boat compartments on a bass boat?

I have a stratos bass boat without carpet. Everytime I take on a wave or it rains, the insides of the compartments get wet. The cabinet is raised an extra inch from the bottom of the door, but it is rounded. I'm trying to find some kind of weather stripping, but the doors have different thickness on one side than the other. Does anyone have different ideas?
