You will need to post more information to get better answers.Is the motor developing maximum RPM'S? Did you forget to pull up the anchor?:facepalm:It could be any number of things.If the engine is running max RPM'S and the boat still moves slowly,you could have a spun prop and will need a new hub installed,or a new prop.

haven't had it on the water yet. its gettin all the RPM'S. i tried checkin the prop for spun hub. ill get it in the water tomorrow and test it. I will post after. be able to figure it out better when its actually under a load. thanks alot for the reply.
