1994 Mercury 90hp 3CYL - Saltwater fishing
Having trouble starting my motor and WOT. I alway have to give my motor gas before I can start. I don't think its good for me to always put the throttle in the forward position to start my motor. Also I can only get up to 3000-3500 RPM and max speed around 20 MPH.
After carb & fuel pump rebuild I still have the same problem.
Any other suggestions before I bring her to the guy that breaks my bank.
