velvet drive to volvo outdrive

I have a 1972 bellboy that came with a bad 351 motor and a Volvo Penta outdrive. I have a running 350 motor with a velvet drive transmission. Can I adapt this motor on my outdrive or put the whole thing in my boat?

You would be better off just selling the 350/VD and rebuilding the 351.
