1969 25HP Evinrude maintenance

I would like to know where the waterpump impeller is located on my 1969 25HP Evinrude outborad motor so I can replace it. I just picked up this motor last Friday and was told that the impeller needs to be changed. Can someone please assist me with how to change it and where it is located on the motor?

marineengine.com has diagrams and outboardbooks.com have the factory manuals....hope I'm wrong, but often times that "all it needs" is merely the beginning

ain't we all....use the search box with the magnifying glass next to it....trial an error using "" helps to narrow down search...
