HF360 Help registering

Hey guys new to the site, found it looking for a template to build a floorboard for my Sevylor HF360. I bought this boat off craigslist from a lady about two years ago, it has never been titled and I have the blank certificate of origin. Do I just bring the certificate of origin and not mention buying it off craigslist? I have no bill of sale that is why I am wondering, thanks. I'm not sure how the tax portion is going to work.

I live in Michigan if that helps.

Thats all you should need just fill it out take it in and they will do the rest . They may put a fine on it for not beging titled before I let mine go for a yr and payed the max 75.00 for title and tax and sticker that good for 3 yrs. I think the sticker was like 12.00 title was 18.00 the rest was sale tax and fine for not getting it done sooner.
