Can't increase 4000 rpm at top speed. In the driveway everything is fine when it is in the water that is what happen.It looks like the engine is nmissing some fuel. I checked all the small things like plugs filters all new . Is anybody ever have the same problem reply please have a nice day!!

does the engine sound strained when at WOT? is it miss firing?

Check your spark as it can run fine on 2 cylinders in driveway and rev up fine with no load on it. If engine runs up to 4000rpm and goes no further you could have a fuel problem from the following: low fuel pressure from high pressure pump, low fuel pressure from mechanical pump, clogged/stuck injector/s, restricted fuel supply from tank. If it is missing spark on #1 and #4 or #2 and #3 they are on same coil, so it could be a pulsar coil in flywheel...
