What brand of motor does rinker use in their v180. I know its mercruiser, but is it made by ford or chevy?

At least you could post year, rather it's a 4 cyl, 6 inline or V6 or a V8

Its a four cylinder. I think it is roughly an 86

Post a picture of the engine. or any model or serial numbers you can find. Picture would be best.

I have an '87 Rinker V195 with a mercruiser 165 inline 4 cyl and it's a ford.

Ayuh,... If it's got a radiator cap on it, you've also got the 470 motor mmw's got...

Otherwise, it's Chevy power....
Could be a 2.5l, or a 3.0l...

It's a homebrewed Mercruiser, built with a few parts from Ford....
Mainly, the Head...
