Johnson 120 Oceanrunner, steering arm assembly

Does anyone know exactly how to replace the steering arm assembly without completely tearing the motor into sections, mine is a 1993 model long shaft.

I know your post is old, but have you had the steering assy replaced? I'm working on the same thing....
