115 not staying running

I acquired a 15' trihull with a 115 Johnson outboard on it.
model is 115E (from what's left of the plate)

Had no spark on one side. I replaced the ignition module and coils on that side. New spark plugs. Pulled the carbs and cleaned them. New fuel pump.

I for the life of me can't get this thing to stay running. If you hit it with carb cleaner or starting fluid, it runs until there's no more. When turning over it tried to kick over but it will not consistently run. any suggestions?

Can you confirm fuel is making it to the carbs? Does primer bulb get hard once the bowl fills?

Primer bulb gets hard. Guess I should have also added it's a 1982.
It does try to kick over on it's own fuel.

i would get a carb kit and rebuild it. also check you fuel lines. the ethonol in new fuel will degrade them and cause pieces of the llining to clog the lines and the carbs ports.
