There is no spec, F5. Typical readings are over 100psi and all cylinders in a 10% range of each other. The range is the important thing. Measured psi can vary all over due to so many variables.

My '86 90 blew approx 120 a hole after a rebuild awhile back. Ain't checked it recently tbh but as JB said: Uniformity is the main issue. So long as they're within reasonable range of each other and not too much lower than 100psi y'oughta be okay.
