What size and type socket do I need to remove top plate on Alpha drive to get to gear

Want to verify gears, so I need to remove top plate. Wondering exactly what socket I need to remove top hex bolts.

It's just a standard 12 point 7/16" socket. You will also need a new oring for the cap when you remove the cap.

I believe retoque to 20# lbs

That's 3/8" 12 point!
