Water Leaking

I have a 165 Mercuiser 4 cylinder. When I put the muffs on to run my boat out of water I have water leaking from here. Why is that and have I done any damage?

Get a flashlight and a mirror and cram your head down in there and check it out. Might just be a loose hose clamp...

I found where the problem is. The Heat Exchanger has two bolt caps underneath and one of them is missing. So now I need to order them.
