My son has an 1998 Evinrude OceanPro 150 on his boat. At the beginning of the day it starts right up and runs like a top. After x number of starts and stops, and without anything seemingly wrong, the engine will all of a sudden not start (typically after several hours of use). It will start back up after letting it sit for a time (like an hour or more). This past weekend it did it again. It seems like the engine is not getting any gas...almost like there is some type of negative pressure that builds up.
