Keep the props out of the water.antifoulling paint may help for awiile.

You are not using your boat enough!!! :D

Props spinning at high speeds grow no barnacles!! Same as a rolling stone gather's no moss :D

Best comment ever.......!!!

Working 12-13 hours 5 days a week leaves only weekends and that weather permitting.......
Keeping props out of the water with an I/O is not an option.
Antifouling paint on SS props is not an option either.

What about this?????

Seems barnacles would grow on these as well I think they grow on fiferglass boats.
I know garbage bags aren't cool looking but Rough and tuff pull string bags black to keep out light.Pull them on and pull the string. Seems better than nothing surely easy to install and remove.
That case doesn't seem to easy to deal with or store.

My Dad uses a product called PropPak on his Bayliner. It is a like a giant zip lock for the prop attached to a pull cord that is up on deck. When you want to use the boat pull the cord, pull up up the bag and your off. Pretty cool...

Nice idea but this is meant for inboards, not outdrives.

Think I am going to make my own "invention"...
