Where is the tattle tell hole on this motor? I has NO thermostat.
If looking from the rear (starring at the prop), RHS under-neath the cowl, there is a fla-head stainless flat-srew, which has a label FLUSH.
New pump assembly install and the pump is sercurely attached to the shaft with a key (I spin it an see it)
I opened the plate cover and broke 4 out of 8 bolts
(finally got them out). See some scale built up and holes partailly clogged.
The only way to get water to the pump is to submerge this baby in the tank. In this case, how can I tell the water is circulating ? Unless you wanna take the prop out and attach the funky looking one-ear muff on this baby.
But wonder where is the pee hole. Or how can I tell if the water is circulating through out the engine. ????
