My 80 Johnson will not stay running. Will fire up and die right away. I started with fresh gas and new plugs and don't know where to go from there. Just wondering if this might be an easy fix or if I should just bring it in to a professional. I'm a mechanical ratard
But, if there are some simple things to check before bringing it in. I'd like to try that first. I searched back on here and couldn't find anything that seemed to fit my issue.
This motor has ran perfect since I've had it. Ran great the last time out last fall. Always starts within a pull or three.
