Need help buying a used sailboat in south Jersey

All,

I'm looking at buying a used sailboat for my first wind-powered vessel and I'm looking for anyone in the south New Jersey area to give some advice or even help when I take a look at my potential new vessel. I have never sailed and plan to put her in a slip and continue powerboating until I learn how to sail her so if the same person is willing to teach me how to sail that would be an added bonus.

You might visit www.sailnet.com really superb site for sailing info. I have a Siren 17 for sale, great learn to sail boat if you are a real do it yourselfer or if you have a partner. I can send you some help from a Siren Owners group forum on Yahoo also if you want to know if this boat is the one for you.
