last summer, i purchased a 64 alumacraft alpex bali and have been working on fixing it up. the gelcoat is faded in the back and discolored throughoout the boat, i dont know if its oxidation or what. but i would like to know what i can do to bring back the color and shine of the gel coat. it doesnt look all that bad right now until you get closer. i was wondering if i need to wet sand it and what compounds to use and some pointers during this project.
