this might sound silly 1997 evinrude 130 hp what is the proper way to adjust mixture screws on the four carbs for the best result and where the best place reasonable price to puchase a repair manual thank everyone for your support

Not good. They are frustrating and wont help with many motor problems. They don't make good toilet paper either. Not absorbent enough.....
