What year is my "new" MFG Westfield?

I am new to the site and a new owner of a very tired MFG Westfield. One thing it has is an ID plate stating it is a Westfield model with a serial number of 8375. Anybody know what year this is?

It need a transom rebuild, a windshield, and seats, so any advice on any of these topics is appreciated. This boat has a special meaning, as my Dad had a 1965 MFG Niagra many years ago. I hope to bring the Westfield back to a reasonable level of restoration for use.

Scroll down to the Manufacturer's Forums & click on MFG (in the 3rd area), you'll find an answers to all your MFG questions. Or click this link: http://forums.iboats.com/MFG They'll want pictures & you can see lots of Westfield photos if you scroll through the old threads. That's a '75 Gypsy in my avatar.
