I just purchased a 1997 Sea Ray 175 outboard. The boat is in solid mechanical condition, it just need some cosmetic work on the interior. The carpet is torn and in bad shape, so I will be removing it and want to get away from a carpet interior. I am looking at Gel Coat, but I need to figure out how to make it non-skid. Does anyone have any recommendations for a new floor? From what I understand Gel coat would require some kind of hardener and sand/silica for non-skid? What is a good place to order all this from? Thanks.

Some people are going to the coating that is used in pick-up beds. Its easy to apply, non-skid and easy to clean.

Do you have any recommendations on a manufacturer of a DIY kit? I would like to go with a white finish.
