I have blisters on my hull, what harm are they? I also have an earlier post about how to fix them. I was thinking of using Marine -Tex as needed.

I theory if they got bad enough they could possibly reduce the strength of the laminate and compromise the hull, in real life they mostly just irritate the owner.

You can fix them or just leave them alone, fixing them can be a huge project and even then they may return.

The correct fix is to remove all of the gel coat and the first few affected layers of glass on the entire hull, then leave it to dry, sometimes for months. Then rebuild the surface with epoxy or VE and glass and then re-paint with whatever system you like.
