found water problem. now new power head.

blown head gasket. caused the blow up. how much would you think if i done the rebuild myself. i looked and a new/ rebuilt is some where about 3000.00 just wandering?:facepalm:

Depends on what 150 you have(2.0 or 2.4liter)and what exactly is damaged. If it just a cylinder and can be bored you can get by with a single piston,bearings,gasket set and rings for other pistons. If this is the case you can get out fairly cheaply....
