I am having some issues. When i first bought the motor off a guy i was having issues with it not wanting to get up and go. It would troll around but thats it. and it wouldnt idle low either. So i cleaned the carb atleast i think its cleaned enough and i changed the plugs. Took it out to the lake and it started first pull woohoo. It gets up and goes greatbut now my issue that im having every time i try and troll slow it wants to die. It does this surging sorta thing every like 10 seconds. I dont know much about enigines So What could be causing this? Any info is greatly apreciated thank you.
