is this the cause of my hydralocking problem?

Like i mention on my old thread my startera kept getting trashed, so we assumed it was hydralocking, so i got all the new gasket and ready to install'em. I had posted pics of what the riaer looked it wasnt that bad but it wasnt good, now i removed the manifold and found this.

Could this be the cause of the hydralocking?

Nope,... The only Leaks from that bad gasket would be Vacuum on the intakes, or exhaust from that blow out...
No water passes through there...

Maybe this gasket from the riser? But why does it looks corroted like if there has been water in the exhaust ports
