I was running about 25 MPH when the engine got really loud. I was a couple of miles off shore. so, I kept it running until I got it back to the trailer. I got it home and opened the valve cover and one of the vavles was pushed pretty much all the way down. Is there a way to free that valve up without taking everything apart?

first look to see what damage the dropped vlv did to your piston thru spark plug hole. then remove head and go for it, with a service manual its easer than you think.
carbon guard spray, engine tuner spray, decarbonizer spray.
they are great for what they were designed for, this isnt it.

I have a good head for one if you decide you need to buy another. It was reworked and run about 30 hours. Been sitting in the shop after the engine had cracked a block. I swapped it out for a 6 cylinder.
