I am considering purchasing a 1991 Bayliner Cobra 19 foot. What is the difference between the 1903 and 1904 FNS models? Also any options on the boat and it quality would be great. Thanks.

Check VERY carefully for rot. What motor does it have? If it's a Force, you may want to take into consideration the fact that they are no longer made nor fully supported with parts.
