Howdy, fab.

Welcome to iboats. :)

We need more info than just 25HP. Give us the model number and make.

What happens if you spray/squirt a bit of fuel into the carb throat?

How old is your gas in the fuel tank? Did you use gas from a container that has been sitting around? What I'm getting at is stale gas.......or as we have here in Canada seasonally adjusted gas. Possibly summer gas (contains no ethers for cold starting in cool or cold weather). Just a thought.

Are you using the choke/primer. Are you squeezing the primer bulb to fill the carbs? Is this an electric start motor? Is this a tiller steer or remote motor? Details, details, details.
