Buying a fisher

Buying a fisher 2006 186 hawk sport with all factory options plus a depth finder installed on bow on top. Full canvas- bimini top with front curtain and I think aft (not sure )Merc 115 optimix - boat and motor do not have a scratch- very low hours - bottom is pure white- not a mark on prop or motor anywhere. The two questions I have: when I look at the bottom at the bow, it looks as if the ribs are showing through the bottom -very slight, almost a shadow, but can be seen. Looks like a shinny guy with his ribs showing. No cracks- dealer says they all look that way- how come I don't believe him? I asked if they were showing because the boat had taken a pounding, he said no- Hummm. The other question - if all is well and this boat is in pristine condition, is it worth 18k?

Yes..... it is typical for aluminum hulls to show their ribs..... I used to own a Fisher bass boat hull with a 115 and it showed the same characteristics.
