where do i find the pop off value on a 1991 150 black max. new in impeller have water pressure but not peeing. new to boats. impeller replaced last week. ran fine entill it starting running dont know if it was peeing then. not comeing out of motor

Brett, A lot of those V6 motors have the telltale outlet downsteam of the thermostat. When the motor or water is cold, they don't let any water come out. If you have it in the water, idle along for a few minutes and you should see the telltale stream. If not, it may be clogged.
