Hello There. My outboard has forward and neutral. I opened the drain plug and water came out with some gear oil. I pulled the prop shaft and the gears look ok. Did not notice any metallic particles in the oil that came out. It also appears that the shift cam is working correctly from forward to reverse. Is there an adjustment to this shift linkage? I did put gear oil back in unit and still couldnt get it in reverse. Please help!!
