I have a 1993 Evinrude E120TLETF. The engine will not shut down with the key (have to use the kill switch) and the primer solenoid does not work from the key. It will click however if you touch a hot wire to it. I am fairly certain that I have a ground problem, but cannot find it. Any input will be most appreciated. THANKS!
