88' EVINRUDE 110 NOT FIRING ON PORT SIDE

Have replaced new coils, all new seals, all new plugs. Everything set to specs. No fire on the Port side at all. Could it be the STATOR are POWER PACK? If so replace one, are does it have to be both?
