Hi out board keeps runing out of fuel engine starts to die squeeze bulb on fuel line and engine picks up have change fuel line and has made no difference .Also does not like runing slow when has been runing after 15 minutes or so.Have left fuel cap loose on tank still the same .Any ideas

Graham I would start with a carb cleaning, and possibly a fuel pump rebuild. Both fairly easy proceedures. Good luck!
