Omc power trim fit?

I have a 1979 70hp Johnson and I am looking to put a power
Trim unit on it.
I was wondering if a 1990 omc trim/tilt for a 40-60hp will
Fit?

I think you'd need to find a unit for 3 cyl motors.

Don't think the one your looking at will fit. The correct unit will fit a 1978 - 1996, 70 to at least a 140HP. Not the Fast Track unit.

Check the sticky files at the top of this forum for salvage yards. You may find a unit there. There's also CMC.com units out there. Easy to install.
