Can you Sea Ray guys help me out on this one. I found a 1974 24' sea ray with flybridge for a reasonable price. Anyone know about how much it weighs, how much is it worth with trailer, what to look for, any known issues. I know it's just a guesstamate. It has a 302 with the velvet drive. I am going to go look at it real soon and would appreciate some insite. Thanks a bunch.

There is a lot of wood in a boat that age, you need to check very carefully for rot, decks, stringers, hull, transom for soft spots, if it looks good check on getting a survey done on it, they know what to look for. You may get better answers if you post this up in the boat questions forum, a lot of knowledge on the old stuff there.
