Hello i am new to boating just got my first boat its a 1979 glastron T-159 with a 100HP evenrude V4 with model number 100933s i belive. I put new plugs on it when i winterrized it and put in on the water last weekend for the first time she ran good for about 20 mins on my way back to dock running about 3800 rpms she started chugging like it wasnt getting fuel. what could be the problem i checked the primer bulb still tight and hard so i dont think its fuel pump. any help would be appricated thanks. also i wot she ran 38 mph at 5100 rpm does that sound right.
