I have an 89 150hp, the tilt will lift the motor fine, but when I hit the down it will not release and stays in the up position. I hear the motor running but nothing happens. I checked the fluid, it was dirty, so I bled as much of it out as possible whil replacing with new. It will go down to the trim pistons but thats as far as it will go. Any ideas on what could be happening?
