i have rebuilt the carb and cleaned the jets in it the air fuel ratio needle is set and everything runs and idles just fine but in nuetral it will rev up but in forward with a couple people in the boat it will bog down the compression is good and its getting enough fuel but when i put my hand in front of the open carb it will get on plane and haul down the lake full throttle or when i choke it any suggestions?
